Shipping policy

UK Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days of receiving your payment. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 4-5 working days, meaning most UK orders arrive within 8-10 working days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Standard UK Delivery: £3.95
Free UK Shipping: On orders over £100

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@belletrading.com and we'll be happy to help track down your package.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping options coming soon!

Important Notes

Collectables & Trading Cards: All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Trading cards and fragile items receive extra protective packaging.

Pre-Orders: If your order contains pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available. If you'd like in-stock items shipped immediately, please place separate orders.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
